What the service is
A free tool that builds a Google visibility snapshot for a self-storage facility, and an optional subscription at $99 per facility per month that re-runs that snapshot monthly and drafts responses to the reviews Google publishes on the listing.
What the numbers are and are not
Ratings, review counts, review text and listing fields come from the Google Places API and are accurate as of the moment the snapshot was built. Google limits the review text it publishes to five reviews per listing, and does not publish owner responses through this API at all.
The lost move-ins and lost rent figures are a model, not a measurement or a forecast. They are computed from your review volume and rating against the local median, applied to assumptions you set yourself, and the full arithmetic is printed on the page. Do not treat them as a projection of your business, and do not rely on them as the sole basis for a financial decision.
Drafted responses
Response drafts are generated by an AI model and are exactly that: drafts. You read them, edit them, and post them yourself. We never post to your Google Business Profile and we never ask for access to it. You are responsible for what you publish under your business name.
Billing
The subscription is monthly, charged through Stripe, and cancellable at any time from the billing portal linked in your workspace. Cancelling stops the next charge; we do not pro-rate the current month. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee.
Acceptable use
Run the tool on facilities you operate or are considering. Do not use it to build bulk datasets on other businesses, and do not attempt to work around the monthly lookup limit. We may refuse or withdraw service from anyone doing either.
Availability and liability
This is a young product from a small studio. It depends on Google's API, and when that is unavailable or changes, parts of the tool stop working until we fix them. The service is provided as it is, without warranty. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the previous twelve months.
